Customer Service Representative – Full-Time (Galway City Office)

About the role:

• Answer inbound calls and represent client businesses professionally.
• Take accurate messages and forward them by phone or email.
• Make outbound calls to support client growth.
• Work closely with the team to deliver excellent customer service.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication skills and clear speaking voice.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Team player with a positive, reliable attitude.
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Call centre or customer service experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
