Who are we, where we are based and who exactly answers your calls?

Call Pal was founded in 2016 under the Gray Office Park banner. We had provided call answering services to many of our serviced office clients since 2011, but in late 2016 we decided to rebrand the service and take it nationwide.  Since then, we have grown from 2 staff to 15 and now provide our services to over 200 clients. These clients include many SME’s, Large Enterprises and even Government Departments.

What makes us stand out among the crowd?

Where we are currently, and what is the road map for the future?

In the last few months, we have expanded our team with four new agents and extended our opening hours to Saturdays. We have also launched our fully managed Live Chat Service, and we have plans to move to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in 2022.
