What inspired you to start your business/join your company, and what drives your passion for it?
I founded the business when I was made redundant in 2009, I have developed a trusted, accurate and dependable typing service and I am passionate that our service enables professionals to work smarter not harder.
What are the core products or services that your company offers?
We offer our services through our own mobile dictation app, or our online sound file portal, this is our core business.
Can you share a recent success story or achievement that you’re particularly proud of or any milestones or awards your company has received that you’d like to highlight?
Being part of the Guaranteed Irish community is especially important to us as we grow, as it shows our commitment to Irish jobs and security of confidential data.
Can you share examples of how your solutions have positively impacted your clients?
Solicitors save money, and work smarter, not harder. If the secretary is off on leave, holidays etc our service steps in and keeps the typing queue moving.
