This week we want to introduce RT Smart Data 

RT Smart Data, with offices in Carlow and Dublin, in response to Covid-19 have developed and launched an innovative person to person Ultrawide Band (UWB) smart wearable device to assist employers/employees in adhering to Covid-19 social distancing guidelines in the workplace (as opposed to Bluetooth the UWB technology has the ability to detect distances or locations down to 10cm), along with the ability to provide detailed contact traceability reports.

The smart wearable device is designed to be an aid to employers and their staff in transitioning to a safe working environment in adhering to Covid-19 social distancing guidelines.  The devices are highly configurable and should the 2meter guideline be reduced to 1.5 meters or less the company will be able to adjust the devices accordingly.

The device emits a soft vibration to remind the user of social distancing requirements and this innovative solution not only reminds users of such breaches but also includes the additional service of providing a detailed traceability contact report, in the event of an employee / user contracting Covid-19.
