Call Pal collaboration and communication with Microsoft TEAMS

How we use the latest technologies to provide a high quality service to our clients.

While our Call Pal PA’s do pride themselves on their efficiency and commitment – we do give credit to the latest technologies we use that give us the competitive edge we need that enables us to provide a high quality service to our clients every time the phone rings.

Our sister company Sleepless are an online, cloud and datacentre services company that give us access to the tools we need here at Call Pal such as Microsoft Teams!

Microsoft Teams is an entirely new experience that brings together people, conversations and content—along with the tools that teams need—so they can easily collaborate to achieve more. Here at Call Pal we all need to clearly communicate and work together so we can look after our clients efficiently.

Microsoft Teams is a platform that combines workplace chat, meetings, notes, and attachments. Teams allow communities to join through a specific URL or invitation sent by a team administrator or owner.

Within a team, members can set up channels. This is where our Call Pal team managers our clients requirements. Every piece of information we need is just one click away. This ensures that we cater to each call in the precise manner we have been instructed with.

Within a team, members can set up group chats. The group chat enables us to alert one another of sudden client changes and keeps all our Call Pal PA’s in constant contact with each other.

We also avail of Microsoft Planner – this is an incredible tool that keeps the team up to date with our list of things to do each day!

If you would like to learn more about Microsoft Teams and how you can incorporate this highly efficient tool in day to day business operations contact Sleepless today!

To ensure the smooth-running of your work environment – Call Pal cannot recommend Microsoft Teams enough. We can’t imagine work without it!
