Stephanie, local girl from Galway has been a part of the Call Pal team for over a year now and is currently in her last year of a HDIP in computer science with Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.

Providing front line support daily to customers in Call Pal, she will now transition into learning the engineering of telecoms with our sister company Avita Communications as well as offering support to both our Call Pal team and customers.

Stephanie is about to begin her internship with Avita Communications and we wish her all the best. Since starting with Call Pal, Stephanie has expressed her interest in IT and telecommunications so we are glad to give her the opportunity to intern here in-house as part of her final semester.

Having many years of customer service experience, she is aware of the importance of telecoms in running a successful customer service team and business.

Stephanie would like to capitalise on her experience and learn all avenues of the business linked between Call Pal and Avita Communications. She has a great interest in business analysis and using her skills and experience to make significant improvement business.
