What is the most rewarding part about the work you do?

Having that great job satisfaction when you start with an empty site and leave with a completed building. Happy clients is what it is all about.

What are some of your goals for the year ahead? Personal or business related.

We aim to streamline our business and focus on a couple of particular areas. We also aim to launch a ‘design a build’ service which is not a new concept to Ireland but not widely used.

J&B O Sullivan Builders have recently completed a project for us of refurbishing an old house into a modern and contemporary home. The transformation of the existing dwelling over this 6 months project was simply stunning. Everything about the project was beyond our expectations, from the level of customer care, professionalism, craftsmanship, communication and a genuine drive from the team to deliver a project that they could also be proud of. Each and every person from J&B O Sullivan Builders to the select Sub-Contractors all worked to the highest standards, if something was noticed on site the could be done a better way, the guys stopped and communicated back and made suggestions to make sure it was perfect. For a large part of the project we were living and working remotely from the site but the modern levels of communication and professionalism from Adrian and the team made this stress free and completely manageable. However you wanted to communicate (phone, SMS, Email, Dropbox, Skype) Adrian was available to share ideas and advice and guide the process along. We could not have been happier about how this project was delivered and want to thank Adrian and the team for giving us our dream home.
