Welcome Back! A message from CallPal

Over the past couple of months, it has been a challenging business environment to say the least. We have all faced challenges, new ways of working and reduced economic activity. In March 2020, we reached out to all clients and gave them the option of pausing our service. Around 20% of our client base chose this option. In line with this, we also reduced many of our clients to our entry-level packages, as nearly overnight the call volumes dropped off a cliff. This Pandemic pretty much affected each client of ours in all different industries.

But the good news is that over the past 3 weeks, we have seen a huge shift back to pre-Covid levels.

Our clients call volumes are increasing day on day, their customers are more engaging and thankfully business is starting to bounce back again.

The other positive news is that we are delighted to start welcoming back our clients that paused the service back in March and early April. Our clients are starting to see a pickup in business and Call Pal as always are here to help. Welcoming our clients back is great to see and we look forward to working with them as businesses recover. Each of our clients who are restarting with us are handled with care and a new script is worked out with the onboarding team to ensure that we know the new working environment for their business.

Call Pal has thankfully been able to work throughout the lockdown and is optimistic that we can assist all our current clients along with new clients in the months ahead.
