Founded in Galway in 2017, Call Pal now offer professional services to over 200 businesses. Call Pal provides call-answering, mail addresses, calendar management and top-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • To provide a professional and high-quality Switchboard and Reception service for Call Pal
  • Provide a friendly, approachable and welcoming customer focused environment;
  • Efficient and timely answering and transferring of calls;
  • Promptly and efficiently taking and relaying messages to our clients
  • Support management and staff in a helpful, responsible and professional manner;
  • Maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity in all dealings with staff and clients;
  • To demonstrate flexibility in undertaking additional tasks as may be assigned;
  • Ensure that Call Pal’s values of People, Professionalism, and Trust are upheld at all times;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount

Required Experience/Skills: 

  • 1-2 years experience in a receptionist role
  • Switchboard experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams is desirable
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Focused on providing a high standard of service
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluency of the English language, both verbal and written, is essential
  • Multi-tasking is a requirement
  • Excellent speaking voice
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environment
