Founded in Galway in 2017, Call Pal now offer professional services to over 200 businesses. Call Pal provides call-answering, mail addresses, calendar management and top-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide a professional and high-quality Switchboard and Reception service for Call Pal
- Provide a friendly, approachable and welcoming customer focused environment;
- Efficient and timely answering and transferring of calls;
- Promptly and efficiently taking and relaying messages to our clients
- Support management and staff in a helpful, responsible and professional manner;
- Maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity in all dealings with staff and clients;
- To demonstrate flexibility in undertaking additional tasks as may be assigned;
- Ensure that Call Pal’s values of People, Professionalism, and Trust are upheld at all times;
- Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount
Required Experience/Skills:
- 1-2 years experience in a receptionist role
- Switchboard experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams is desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Focused on providing a high standard of service
- Attention to detail is a must
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency of the English language, both verbal and written, is essential
- Multi-tasking is a requirement
- Excellent speaking voice
- Ability to work in high-pressure environment
