With offices in the UK, has Brexit had an impact on your business or were you braced and ready for change?

The rollout of vaccines is not only crucial locally but globally for the world to recover and rebound. Are you optimistic about 2021/2022 and do you see any game-changers to the way you will go forward with your business?

Yes, extremely optimistic. Whilst the effect of the pandemic and resulting societal restrictions has been an understandable challenge to recruitment worldwide, it has also demanded acute introspection, rapid innovation and swift adoption of industry-leading technologies. GAP Talent is superbly positioned for the future.

Keeping focused and optimistic in these times can be challenging, can you offer any advice or tips to someone who is finding it difficult?

This quote from former Irish rugby captain Brian O’Driscoll offers great insight into the mindset required in challenging times; “You never sit on your laurels. It is always a case of trying to work on your deficiencies as much as working on your strengths.” Focus on being the best you can be… and the rest will follow.
